Stock Taking Mode
When taking stock, all items are visible.
Items are tapped to flip their needed status.
Editing Mode
In editing mode items can be managed, including sorting.
The green buttons insert new items on the next row.
Entering a New Item
Item data is entered via the on-screen keyboard.
